Coaches

Our team of highly qualified coaches brings over 35 years of experience as cheerleading and tumbling coaches. We are so excited for the opportunity to work with new athletes and share our love of cheerleading with them. As a coaching staff, we pride ourselves on enforcing technique and safety within a fun and inclusive environment. Each of our coaches recognizes the importance of teaching athletes interpersonal skills on top of improving their athletic abilities.

Amanda Gaughan

Co-Owner & Coach

Coach Amanda cheered for school, performance rec, and college teams. She also has several years of experience as a cheerleading and tumbling coach for a local rec program. Coach Amanda looks forward to getting to see new and familiar faces through Ascend Cheer.

Natalie Fox

Co-Owner & Coach

Coach Natalie has coached cheerleading at Archbishop Wood, William Tennent High School, Central Bucks East High School, and St. Bede the Venerable grade school. She also has several years of experience as a gymnastics & tumbling coach at Joel Baba's School of Gymnastics. Coach Natalie is so excited to get involved with all star cheerleading and bring her eye for crisp and clean stunts to Ascend Cheer. 

Mackenzie Gaughan

Coach

Coach Mackenzie has ten years of experience as a school, performance rec, and all star cheer athlete. She has coached for six years and is ecstatic to continue her coaching career with Ascend Cheer. Coach Mackenzie is a current student at La Salle University and can not wait to be involved in clinics while she is home over school breaks.

Noelle Fox

Coach

Coach Noelle coached at Archbishop Wood for seven years and most recently returned to her Alma Mater to help lead the team to 2022 the State and National competitions! Coach Noelle currently works as judge at local competitions and conducts routine clean ups and stunt clinics for local teams.
